Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all membership packages offered through Growth Life Coaching. By purchasing or using these services, you agree to abide by the following terms and policies.

2. Membership Packages

  • All memberships (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) provide access to the services outlined in each package description.
  • Services included may consist of assignments, self-evaluation, letters, worksheets, eBooks, webinars, and coaching support, as specified.

3. Payments

  • Payments must be completed in full before access to the program is granted.
  • Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • We accept payments via PayPal, credit card, and other available online methods.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Less than 4 Business Days before “Client Booked Live Coaching Followups”:

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to cover time slots and admin costs.

One Month Modules

  • Before Program Start: A 20% non-refundable deposit, to cover admin, reserved time slots, and preparation.
  • Within the first 2 weeks: A 30% nonrefundable fee, to cover admin, time invested, and blocked off availability.
  • After 3 weeks: Non-refundable at this point or only refund the unused sessions minus a 30–50% service charge.
  • After two-thirds completion: no refund

Three Month Modules

  • Before Program Start: A 20% non-refundable deposit, to cover admin, reserved time slots, and preparation.
  • Within the first 2-3 weeks: A 30% nonrefundable fee, to cover admin, time invested, and blocked off availability.
  • For 3-8 weeks: Refund unused sessions, minus a 40% service charge fee.
  • After two-thirds (2months) completion: No refunds.

Six Month Modules

  • Before Program Start: A 20% non-refundable deposit, to cover admin, reserved time slots, and preparation.
  • Within the first 2-3 weeks: A 30% nonrefundable fee, to cover admin, time invested, and blocked off availability.
  • For 3-12 weeks: Refund unused sessions, minus a 40% service charge fee.
  • After two-thirds (4months) completion: No refunds.

 
Annual Modules

  • Before Program Start: A 20% non-refundable deposit of the total package.
  • Within the first month: Refund available, minus a 25% service charge, cover admin, planning, and reserved scheduling
  • Months 2–3: Refund unused portion, minus a 30% service charge.
  • Months 3-6 months: Refund available, minus a 40% service charge, cover admin, planning, reserved scheduling, and time.
  • After 6 months: No refunds, (client considered fully committed).

5. Waiver of Liability

By participating in a self-administered coaching program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Scope of Services

Growth Life Coaching provides educational and self-development resources . Coaching program should not be considered, a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial treatment or advice. Participants are encouraged to seek professional services in these fields as appropriate.

Program Results
While Growth Life Coaching provides tools, strategies, and guidance intended to support personal growth and development, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. Your progress and success are dependent on your own choices, commitment, and actions.

Release of Liability
You expressly waive, release, indemnify, and hold harmless ‘Growth Life Coaching’ and its representatives from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal, physical, financial, or emotional outcomes that may result from your participation in coaching programs, whether self-administered or guided. As a ‘client’ you accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, results, and outcomes while using coaching materials, tools, or services.

Confidentiality
All reasonable measures will be taken to respect your privacy, except where governed by risk of harm to yourself or others, if there is suspicion of abuse, or if required by law. You understand that coaching sessions are not covered by professional privilege in the same way as legal or medical services.

Agreement and Governing Law
A Client Waiver Form will be provided for your review and signature, and must be completed and returned prior to commencing the coaching program. This Waiver shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Alberta, Canada. Electronic acceptance or continued participation in coaching services constitutes agreement to the terms of this waiver.

6. Use of Materials

  • Program materials (PDFs, videos, worksheets) are for personal use only, and not to be distributed for third party use.
  • Sharing, or distributing these copyrighted materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
